Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing and supplying IT Gadgets, is seeking to recruit a Call Centre Support
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver service and support to Hikvision clients via phone call, email, remote connection such as TeamViewer.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Follow up the problem with clients to ensure it is resolved.
- Collaborate with colleagues for training and self-improvement.
- Able to do the operation training for clients
Qualification, Skill & Experience
- Good knowledge of the basic security electronics systems, especially CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Intrusion alarm, Management software, etc.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Well-developed communication and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.
- Degree in IT or other related technical field.
- More than 2 years working experience in call center related job or equivalent.
- Will be able to speak fluent English.
- Bilingual French and English is a plus.
- Have experience working with international company.
