  • Reports To:    Service Delivery Manager/Service Operations Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:                                      

    Technical writing:

    • Determine the needs of users of technical documentation
    • Study product samples & talk with SMEs
    • Work with technical staff to make products and instructions easier to use
    • Write or revise supporting content for products
    • Incorporate animation, graphs, illustrations to increase users’ understanding of the material
    • Collect feedback & effectively summarize, update, and improve content
    • Rollout and publish approved documents to team
    • Create & maintain documentations like but not limited to
    • Reports (Team KPIs, Product KPI)
    • SOPs
    • How tos
    • Product APIs
    • Process Documentation / Presentation
    • Roadmaps (IT Ops Initiatives, Team Training etc)
    • Analysis

    Prepare basic analysis, interpretation, and recommendation of the teams KPI reports with guidance & feedback from ITOPS team’s management

    Provides feedback and recommendations for process improvements & documentation

    • Coordination

    Collate information from different teams to effectively reflect up to date information of documents such as roadmaps, status report, kpi reports

    Provide assistance on scheduling and maintaining team training roadmaps are aligned and on track based on the agreement with the Management

     

     

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Senior Level (more than 3 year and up of experience)
    • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, LucidChart, Google Slide applications is a plus
    • Ability to interact with SMEs and ask relevant questions as necessary
    • Facility with technology
    • Ability to write clearly and transform complex information to readers that they can understand
    • Talent in showing ideas graphically
    • Patience in problem-solving/troubleshooting
