  • Flexi Personnel Uganda is looking to recruit an agile fresh degree graduate in Human Resource to join our team as an HR Intern.


    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist the HR manager to handle HR related matters and administrative duties.
    • Properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation.
    • Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
    • Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions if able or escalate the request to a more senior team member.
    • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
    • Headhunting for potential suitable candidates for vacancies through different platforms. e.g., LinkedIn.
    • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
    • Preparing and posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
    • Organizing Staff induction and onboarding programs.
    • Updating the human resource information systems data.
    • Undertaking training needs analysis, projections, and developing training programs.
    • Implementing human resource management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems.
    • Supporting Payroll processing.
    • Support in the implementation of training programs.
    • Participate in handling personnel grievances and other related matters.
    • Coordinating the staff separation processes.
    • Disseminating internal communication to staff in a timely manner.
    • Any other duty as assigned.


    Qualifications and Experience

    • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
    • Minimum of A level education in high school
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • The ability to work as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    •  Team worker and Detail-oriented.
