  • Our client in the banking industry is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support their team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the role of an Administrative Assistant.

    Job Purpose:

    The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the institution's daily activities. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution's administrative functions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the bank's management and staff.

    • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.

    • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring timely coordination and communication.

    • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation.

    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.

    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with bank policies.

    • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

    • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the bank's operations.

    • Undertake other ad hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time.

    Minimum Qualifications:


    • Ability to fluently speak French and English is mandatory.

    • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Professional appearance and attitude.
