    Flexi Personnel Kenya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team. The qualified candidate will work part time based on available projects.

    The role is responsible for shaping and guiding the company’s HR strategies ensuring that the workforce is effectively managed, motivated and aligned with the organization’s goals.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

    • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

    • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

    • Support in training sessions including identifying Skill gaps to enhance employee skills and performance.

    • Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on workplace concerns.

    • Manage and oversee disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with labor laws.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    • Evaluate and improve organizational structures and job roles.

    • Support and advise on performance management and appraisal processes.

    • Develop and implement employee engagement and wellness programs.

    • Prepare HR-related reports and present recommendations to management.

     

    Qualifications and Skills


    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR role.

    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
