QUANTITATIVE FIELD INTERVIEWERS
The African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) is a premier research-to-policy institution, generating evidence, strengthening research and related capacity in the African research and development ecosystem, and engaging policy to inform action on health and development. APHRC seeks to drive change by developing strong African research leadership and promoting evidence-informed decision-making (EIDM) across sub-Saharan Africa.
APHRC is implementing a research project, titled, ‘The effect of community led interventions on handwashing with soap in low-income settlements of Mombasa, Kenya’ -The RECKITT study. The aim of the study is to examine the effect of a community handwashing intervention on handwashing with soap in the low-income areas of Mombasa in Kenya. The study will be implemented in two villages in Junda ward/location through a cluster randomized controlled trial with quantitative and qualitative data collection.
APHRC seeks to recruit qualified and experienced quantitative field interviewers who are residents of Mombasa, where the study will take place between April and May 2025.
