    Job Purpose

    The sales associate will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. They will need to have a deep understanding of the products, sales process and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Identify and generate leads through various channels to build a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

    • Engage with prospective clients to understand their HR needs and position our services as tailored solutions.

    • Schedule and conduct client meetings (both virtual and in-person) to present our HR service offerings, including Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, Payroll Management, and more.

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through consistent and strategic follow-up.

    • Maintain active communication with clients, including updates on new service offerings, industry insights, or solutions to expressed pain points.

    • Address client concerns or challenges promptly and coordinate internally to provide effective and timely resolutions.

    • Provide post-sale support to gather client feedback, track satisfaction, and ensure the continued effectiveness of our services.

    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, including contact details, deal progress, and communication history.

    • Adhere to the company's sales policies, pricing structures, and operational procedures.

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and sales activities; prepare weekly reports for review with management and contribute insights in team meetings.

    • Actively participate in service and product training sessions to stay current on offerings and industry trends, ensuring clear and confident communication with clients.

    Education Qualification, Experience, Skills, and Traits  


    • Relevant Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferably in sales.

    • At least 2 years experience selling Services to Businesses. 

    • Proven B2B Sales experience.

    • Strong client and solution/ service orientation, while remaining company and business focused. 

    • Ability to connect and deal with high end clients from different horizons, to listen to them and understand their needs.

    • Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advice, convince and close the deal. 

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

    • Self-motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and autonomy.
