  • Our client, a leading freight forwarder and logistics solutions provider through excellent customer service is seeking to recruit a Service Centre Assistant.

    JOB PURPOSE

    As Service Centre Assistant, you will be ensuring smooth and efficient depot operations, supporting service teams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role involves tasks like inventory management, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring the depot is well-maintained and compliant with regulations

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Responsible for receiving data from the System OMC portal and checking for accuracy and consistency of the information

    • Uploading the received loading authorities to the depot team in a timely and efficient manner as per the set lead time indicators.

    • Uploading the endorsed Loading authorities received from the depot team into the KPC portal within the set lead time indicator

    • Monitor and report truck queuing on the KPC system into the System, escalate any disruption/lead time failures to the supervisor for immediate resolve.

    • Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time. 

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS


    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in purchasing and Supplies, Business  Administration, or related field.

    • 1-2 years of sales experience in oil & gas depot operations.

    • Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Knowledge in inventory management.
